Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product line selection promotion and technical support, providing customers with technical consultation on electronic components, including guidance on product selection, performance evaluation, application circuit design, and helping customers solve technical problems encountered during product development.
- Assist customers in product testing and debugging, analyze test results, identify potential issues and propose solutions to ensure that customer products can pass various tests and certifications smoothly.
- Collaborate with sales to develop and maintain customer needs, maintain customer R&D relationships, and manage customer projects.
- Provide product training for customers and internal sales teams of the company, explaining the technical principles, usage methods, precautions, etc. of the product to help them better understand and promote it.

Job requirements:

- Three years or more of experience in FAE technical support for electronic components related to agents is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Actively seeking potential customers, establishing contact with them through various means such as phone calls, emails, and visits, expanding sales channels, and continuously expanding customer base.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse management systems and workflows to ensure standardized and efficient warehouse operations, ensuring the safe storage and accurate receipt and delivery of electronic components.
- Monitor the temperature, humidity, ventilation and other environmental conditions of the warehouse. For electronic components with special storage requirements, ensure that the environmental conditions comply with regulations and prevent component damage due to environmental factors.
- Responsible for personnel management of the warehouse team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc., to improve the overall quality and work efficiency of the team.
- Reasonably arrange the work tasks of warehouse personnel, clarify the responsibilities and division of labor of each position, ensure that all work is carried out in an orderly manner, and guarantee the efficient operation of the warehouse.
